OUR LEADERSHIP
E3 Underground was born out of the recognition that men today have been deemed unnecessary. Men are either portrayed as toxic or simple buffoons. The role of men has been ridiculed and diminished and many men are unaware of how important they are to their families, their churches, and society in general.
God gave men an important role in family and community that is irreplaceable.
SOCIETY TELLS US MEN ARE DISPENSIBLE, BUT THE FACTS ARE IRREFUTABLE
At E3 Underground, we encourage men to be who they were created to be, who their families, church, and society need them to be. We address topics that society doesn't want us to discuss and look at the facts that society doesn't want men to know.

Kate has a bachelor's degree in advertising and 10 years of experience in nonprofit development, volunteer management, and event planning. When she's not teaching her children she's running her small business selling children's books to families. Kate is an advocate for literacy and building up strong families. She frequently listens to podcasts related to faith, homeschooling, and parenting. Over the years she's noticed a distinct lack of podcasts and resources specifically for Godly men, however, and was thrilled when Joel started E3 Underground to offer fathers support.

Clark received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at a young age. As a young adult and young father, Clark became discouraged and angry with pastors and leaders of the churches I attended and allowed the actions of others interfere with his relationship with the Lord. He left the church for over twenty years. Clark had a successful career in federal service and near retirement the Lord brought him to a place where Clark could only turn to Him. Clark learned: no matter how far he walked away from the Lord; He was right there. Clark returned to the Church in 2017, serving in multiple capacities and eventually working on staff. Clark realizes the importance of having and being mentors and a positive influence to a few young Christians. Clark's support of E3 Underground's focus on using the Bible to train Christian men comes from a recognition of the need and how many men it could help from wasting their time when they could be serving the Lord.
